What services do you offer?

What is your process from consultation to completion?

Step 1: Consultation
We meet on site to understand your vision, priorities, and property conditions, then align on goals, style, and overall direction.
Step 2: Project System, Layout, and Pricing
We build a detailed project plan with a clear, itemized estimate, plus a line layout placed over your property survey so you can see general locations and flow across the site.
Step 3: Review and Revisions
We meet again, virtually or in person, to review the layout and estimate together. If changes are needed, we revise the scope and resend an updated version until everything is dialed in.
Step 4: Contract, Design, Permits, and Construction
Once the details are approved, we prepare the contract. After signing and deposits, we move into full production, construction drawings, complete 3D design and renderings as needed, permit submittals, scheduling, and then construction begins.
Do you handle permits and engineering?
Yes, when the project requires it. We coordinate the permit path and collaborate with the appropriate engineering and trade partners to ensure the build is compliant, safe, and built to last. If a project is permit exempt or has alternate requirements, we will advise you upfront so expectations stay clean from day one.
How long does a project typically take?

A thoughtful design phase can take a few weeks, while construction for larger builds and remodels often spans multiple phases over several weeks to a few months. Do you provide design consultations?
