Step 1: Consultation

We meet on-site to understand your vision, priorities, and the property conditions. This is where we align on goals, style, and the overall direction for the space.

Step 2: Project System, Layout, and Pricing

Next, we build a detailed project system and a clear, itemized estimate broken into priced sections. We also create a line layout placed over your property survey so you can see general locations and flow across the site.

Step 3: Review and Revisions

We meet again, virtually or in person, to review the estimate and layout together. If you want changes, we revise the scope and resend the updated estimate and layout until everything is dialed in.

Step 4: Contract, Design, Permits, and Construction

Once the details are agreed on, we prepare a contract. After it’s signed and deposits are received, we begin full production: detailed construction drawings, a complete 3D design and renderings, permit submittals, and a construction schedule. With approvals in place, construction begins.
